High Court Rules2 (Amendment)

PURSUANT to the Judiciary Act 1903 as amended and to all other powers thereunto enabling, it is ordered that the High Court Rules, being Statutory Rules 1952, No. 23, as amended, be further amended as shown hereunder.

AMENDMENT OF THE RULES

Order 72 is amended as follows:

(a) Rule 7 (5) is amended by deleting the words “an officer or person nominated by a Law Officer of the Commonwealth” and by substituting therefor the words “the Marshal”.

(b) Rule 7 (6) is amended by deleting the words “a person nominated by a Law Officer of the Commonwealth” and substituting therefor the words “the Marshal”.
