Rules Under The Judiciary Act 1903 As

We, Justices of the High Court of Australia, hereby make the following Rule of Court under the Judiciary Act 1903 as amended.

AMENDMENT OF THE HIGH COURT RULES2

1. These Rules shall come into operation on 31 March 1987.

2. In respect of all work done and services performed after 30 March 1987 the costs set forth in all items in the Second Schedule of the High Court Rules shall be increased by 2.8 per cent and the resultant figures appropriately rounded off to the nearest ten cents.
