Rules Under The Judiciary Act 1903 As

Amended

We, Justices of the High Court of Australia, hereby make the following Rule of Court under the Judiciary Act 1903 as amended.

AMENDMENT OF THE HIGH COURT RULES2

1. This Rule shall come into operation on 6 February 1989.

2. Rule 4(1) of Order 59 is amended by deleting the words "of eight weeks" and substituting therefor the words "of seven weeks" and by deleting the words "of four weeks" and substituting therefor the words "of five weeks".
