High Court Rules 2(Amendment)

  

PURSUANT to the Judiciary Act 1903 as amended and to all other powers thereunto enabling, it is ordered that the High Court Rules, being Statutory Rules 1952, No. 23, as amended, be further amended as shown hereunder.

AMENDMENT OF THE RULES

The High Court Rules are amended as follows:

1. Rule 11 of Order 69a is repealed and the following rule is substituted:

 “Rule 11   Save with the leave of the Court, which may be given in exceptional circumstances, an application for leave or special leave to appeal shall be made to a Full Court by a person entitled to practise in any federal court as a barrister or solicitor or as both”.
