High Court (Precincts) Proclamation 2018

I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 17(2) of the High Court of Australia Act 1979, revoke the High Court (Precincts) Proclamation 2008 and declare to be part of the precincts of the High Court:

(a)        the land in Block 15, Section 28 in Deposited Plan 10480, Division of Parkes in the Canberra Central District of the Australian Capital Territory, other than the part of the land on which a building occupied by the High Court is erected; and

(b)       any building, not being a building occupied by the High Court, erected on that land.
