STATUTORY RULES.
HIGH COURT OF AUSTRALIA.
Rules of Court.*
PURSUANT to the
Judiciary Act 1903-1946 and to all other powers thereto enabling it is ordered as follows:—
That Part II. of the Rules of this Court be amended in the manner hereinafter appearing:—
Rule 5 of Section III. is amended by omitting the words “if the appeal is from a judgment given or made before the commencement of the
Judiciary Act 1903,”.Rule 1 of Section V
. is amended by inserting after the words “Original Jurisdiction” the following words “including any rules relating to the enlargement or abridgement of time for doing any act or taking any proceeding.”
