STATUTORY RULES.

1937. No. 120.

HIGH COURT OF AUSTRALIA.

Rule of Court.*

(As of Tuesday the seventh day of December, 1937.)

It is ordered as follows:—

Order LIA. is amended by inserting after rule 16 the following rule:—

Appeals under repealed Acts.

“16a. An appeal to the Court under the Income Tax Assessment Act 1915, under the Income Tax Assessment Act 1922, or under either of those Acts as amended from time to time, which is now pending or is brought hereafter, shall be governed by the rules of this Order in force immediately prior to the making of Statutory Rules 1936, No. 129.”
