IT is ordered as follows:-
1. The Rule of Court signed by the Justices on 4 September 2007 appointing the Sittings of the Court for 2008 is amended by deleting from Paragraph 1 the following:
“ * Perth - Monday, 20 October 2008
Canberra - Tuesday, 4 November 2008
Canberra - Tuesday, 2 December 2008”
and substituting:
“ Canberra - Tuesday, 14 October 2008
Adelaide - Tuesday, 4 November 2008
Melbourne - Tuesday, 2 December 2008”.
