1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the High Court of Australia Regulations 2000.

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Definition

 In these Regulations:

Act means the High Court of Australia Act 1979.

4Prescribed contract limit (Act s 40)

For section 40 of the Act, a higher amount of $1,000,000 is prescribed.
