 These Regulations are the High Court of Australia (Fees) Regulations 1991.

[2]References to AUSTUDY

The following subparagraphs are amended by omitting ‘AUSTUDY within the meaning of the AUSTUDY Regulations’ and inserting ‘a youth allowance, or an austudy payment, within the meaning of the Social Security Act 1991’:

  • subparagraph 4 (4) (b) (v)

  • subparagraph 4A (2) (c) (v)

  • subparagraph 5 (2) (c) (v).

Notes

1. These Regulations amend Statutory Rules 1991 No. 449, as amended by 1992 No. 80; 1995 No. 418; 1996 No. 190; 1997 No. 106 (disallowed by the Senate on 19 June 1997).

2. Made by the Governor-General on 8 March 2000, and notified in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 15 March 2000.
