Application for approval of the HEYDAY5 ACT PTY LTD Collective Agreement 2024-2027
Heyday5 (ACT) Pty Ltd has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the HEYDAY5 ACT PTY LTD Collective Agreement 2024-2027 (the Agreement).
On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles,[1] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 24 July 2025. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 March 2027.
The Agreement covers the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia.
