Heritage Regulations 2005

under the Heritage Places Act 1993

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Heritage Regulations 2005.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2005.

3—Fees

1. (1)

   The fees set out in Schedule 1 are payable to the Authority.

2. (2)

   The Authority may waive or reduce a fee if satisfied that it is appropriate to do so in a particular case.

Schedule 1—Fees

 

1	Certified copy of an entry in the Register or in the inventory attached to the Register	$23
2	Application for certificate of exclusion—
(a) in relation to land zoned "residential" under the Development Plan	$1 157
(b) in relation to any other land	5% of Valuer-General's assessment of site value
3	Application for a permit under Part 5 Division 1 of the Heritage Act 1993	$115

Schedule 2—Revocation of Heritage Regulations 1993

The Heritage Regulations 1993 are revoked.

Revocation of regulations

The Heritage Regulations 2005 were revoked by Sch 3 of the Heritage Places Regulations 2005 on 17.11.2005.
