I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Heritage of Western Australia Act 1990, and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 25 February 1991, as the day on which that
Act shall come into operation.
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 19 February, 1991.
