2 Heritage Buildings Protection Amendment No. 1, 1992 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows. Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Heritage Buildings Protection Amendment Act 1992 . Commencement 2. This Act commences, or is taken to have commenced, on 10 March 1992. Amended Act 3. The Heritage Buildings Protection Act 1990 is amended as set out in this Act. Amendment of s.4 (Duration) 4. Section 4— omit ‘ 10 March 1992 ’, insert ‘ on the day before the day on which section 3 of the QueenslandHeritage Act 1992 commences ’. The State of Queensland 1992
