Heritage Amendment Regulations 2018

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Heritage Regulations 2017 by revoking a defence to the offence set out in regulation 31 on the grounds that the defence is ineffective.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 255 of the Heritage Act 2017.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 June 2018.

4Relevant survey reports

Regulation 31(2) of the Heritage Regulations 2017[1] is revoked.
