Made under the Heritage Act 2018 section 2(b) by the deputy of the
Governor in Executive Council.1. Citation
This proclamation is the Heritage Act 2018 Commencement
Proclamation 2019.2. Commencement of Act
The Heritage Act 2018, other than the heading to Part 1 and
sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on 1 July 2019.
