Approval of the Hender Lee Electrical & Instrumentation Contractors Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2012-2016.

[1] The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 7 June 2013 [[2013] FWCA 3695] is corrected as follows:

1. By replacing “2011-2015” where it appears in the Agreement title with “2012-2016”.

2. By replacing the Agreement attached to the decision titled “Hender Lee Electrical & Instrumentation Contractors Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2011-2015” with the Agreement titled “Hender Lee Electrical & Instrumentation Contractors Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2012-2016”.
