Application for approval of the Hempel (Wattyl) Australia Pty Ltd New South Wales Trade Paint Centre Enterprise Agreement 2022
Hempel (Wattyl) Australia Pty Limited has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Hempel (Wattyl) Australia Pty Ltd New South Wales Trade Paint Centre Enterprise Agreement 2022 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 1 February 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 1 February 2024.
The Agreement covers the United Workers’ Union.
