Heavy Vehicle National Law (Postponement) Regulation 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Postponement) Regulation 2014 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 29 August 2015. (2) In this section— postponed law means the following provisions of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Act 2012 — • chapter 2 • section 84. Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 30 August 2015. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 31 August 2015.
