HSU/Healthscope Limited Non-Nursing Staff Enterprise Agreement 2012-2013.

[1] Healthscope Limited (“the applicant”) has made an application pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 for the approval of an enterprise agreement titled the HSU/Healthscope Limited Non-Nursing Staff Enterprise Agreement 2012-2013 (“the Agreement”).

[2] Given the range of difficulties concerning the application canvassed in the proceedings today, the applicant and the employee organisation bargaining representative, the HSU New South Wales Branch, each submitted it was appropriate that the application for the approval of the Agreement should be dismissed by consent.

[3] The proceedings were concluded accordingly.
