Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation Sewage and Disposal of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2004.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are published in the Gazette, but they come into operation if and only if the Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Amendment Regulations 2004 have not come into operation.

3. Amendment of the Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal
of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Regulations 1974

Disposal of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Regulations 1974* as set out in regulations 4 to 11 of the Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Amendment Regulations 2004**.

Note: The Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Amendment Regulations 2004 referred incorrectly to the regulations with which they were intended to simultaneously come into operation.
