Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of

Effluent and Liquid Waste) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Health (Treatment of Sewage and
Disposal of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2005.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2005.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Health
(Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of Effluent and Liquid
Waste) Regulations 1974*.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a) in item 1 by deleting “90.00” and inserting instead —

“ 92.00 ”;

(b) in item 3 by deleting “90.00” and inserting instead —

“ 92.00 ”.
