Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (Treatment of
Sewage and Disposal of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2001.

2.            Regulation 6A amended

Regulation 6A(1) of the Health (Treatment of Sewage and amended by deleting "section 344(1)" and inserting instead —

" section 344A(1) ".
