Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of

Effluent and Liquid Waste) Amendment

Regulations 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (Treatment of
Sewage and Disposal of Effluent and Liquid Waste) Amendment
Regulations 2000.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

3.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of follows:

(a)	in item 3(a) by deleting "50.00" and inserting instead — " 55.00 ";
(b)	in item 3(b) by deleting "12.00" and inserting instead — " 13.20 ";
(c)	in item 4 by deleting "25.00" and inserting instead — " 27.50 ".
