LIQUID WASTE) AMENDMENT (No. 2) REGULATIONS 1998

Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of

Effluent and Liquid Waste) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1998.

Regulation 54 amended
2. Regulation 54 of the Health (Treatment of Sewage and Disposal of Effluent and Liquid

Waste) Regulations 1974* is amended —

(a) in subregulation (1), by deleting "20" and substituting —

" 20A "; and

(b) in subregulation (2), by deleting "46(2) or".
