Health (Temporary Sanitary Conveniences)

Amendment Regulations 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Health (Temporary Sanitary
Conveniences) Amendment Regulations 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Water Services Act 2012 Part 2 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Health (Temporary Sanitary
Conveniences) Regulations 1997.

4.             Regulation 28 amended

Delete regulation 28(6)(a) and insert:

(a) a water supply service (as defined in the Water Services Act 2012 section 3(1)) provided under a licence under that Act; or
