Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (Swimming Pools)
Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

3.            Regulation 9 amended

Regulation 9(3)(b) is deleted and the following paragraph is inserted instead —

(b) if uncovered gravity sand filters or cartridge

filters are used, the chlorine is introduced to the

system before the filter.
