2 Health Services (Transfer of Officers) (No. 1) No. 65, 1993 PART 1—TRANSFER OF OFFICERS ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Health Services (Transfer of Officers) Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Meaning of “transferred officer” 2. In this regulation— “transferred officer” means— (a) Christopher Henry Cantor; or (b) Joy Elizabeth Faldt. ˙ Transfer of officers 3. Each transferred officer is transferred from the Brisbane North Regional Health Authority to the control of the Department of Health. ˙ Transitional 4.(1) Each transferred officer retains— (a) the salary and conditions of employment; and (b) the entitlements with respect to leave and superannuation; that applied to the officer before the commencement of this regulation. (2) To remove any doubt, the service of a transferred officer is not to be taken as noncontinuous for the purposes of a matter mentioned in subsection (1) merely because of the transfer effected under this regulation.

The Brisbane North Regional Health Authority (Transfer of Officers) Order 1992 (No. 2) is amended as set out in this Part. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 6.(1) Schedule— omit— ‘ FALDT, Joy Project Officer Elizabeth HIV/AIDS Education Project (2) Schedule— omit— ‘ SOLDIER, Principal Education HIV/AIDS Education Robert Standing Officer Project 356101 ’.
