2 Health Services (Transfer of Officers) Amendment (No. 1) No. 29, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Health Services (Transfer of Officers) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Health Services (Transfer of Officers) Regulation (No. 2) 1993 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) 3. Section 3 (definition “commencing day” )— omit, insert— ‘ “commencing day” , in relation to a transferred officer, means the day this regulation first applies to the officer; ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule (Transferred Officers) 4.
