Made by the Minister.

1.Citation

This order is the Health Services (Health Service Providers) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2024.

2.Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows —

• (a)

  clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published on the WA legislation website;

• (b)

  the rest of the order — on 13 August 2024.

3.Order amended

This order amends the Health Services (Health Service Providers) Order 2016.

4.Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 after item 7 insert:

7A.          Peel Health Campus
