This order comes into operation as follows —
(a) clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published on the WA legislation website;
(b) the rest of the order — on the day after that day.

(d) the management and operation of the Western Australian Poisons Information Centre, which provides services relating to poisons and poisoning, including —
(i) providing information (including advice about prevention and treatment); and
(ii) conducting research; and
(iii) investigating potential public health risks;
