Health Services (Health Service Providers)

Amendment Order 2020

Made by the Minister under sections 32 and 195 of the Act.

1.   Citation

This order is the Health Services (Health Service Providers)

Amendment Order 2020.

2.   Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows —

(a)	clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the order — on 20 January 2020.

3. Order amended

Rotary Express Milk Bank (PREM Milk Bank);

This order amends the Health Services (Health Service

Providers) Order 2016.

4.            Clause 11 amended

In clause 11(2):

(a) in paragraph (b) delete "(CAMHS)." and insert:

(CAMHS);

(b)

after paragraph (b) insert:

(c)	the management and operation of the Newborn Emergency Transport Service of Western Australia;
(d)	the management and operation of the Perron

(e)	the management and operation of the Neonatology Intensive Care Unit at King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women;
(f)

the following neonatal health services provided Women —

(i)     neonatal health services associated with the Neonatology Intensive Care Unit;

(ii)    paediatric services;

(iii) neonatal outpatient services;

(g) neonatal health services provided in the home to patients discharged from either —

(i)

the Neonatology Intensive Care Unit at Women; or

(ii)    the Neonatology Intensive Care Unit at Perth Children's Hospital.
