Health Services (General) Amendment

Regulations 2023

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Health Services (General) Amendment

Regulations 2023.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2023.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Health Services (General)

4. Regulation 3 amended

(1) In regulation 3 delete "The amount prescribed" and insert:

(2) At the end of regulation 3 insert:

(2) The amount for the purposes of paragraph (c) of the
definition of transaction in section 38(1) of the Act is
$250000.
