Health Services (Fees and Charges) Amendment

Order (No. 3) 2017

Made by the Minister under section 56(3) of the Act.

1.             Citation

This order is the Health Services (Fees and Charges)
Amendment Order (No. 3) 2017.

2.             Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows —

(a)	clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the order — on the day after that day.

3.             Order amended

This order amends the Health Services (Fees and Charges)
Order 2016.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 Division 1 Subdivision 1:

(a) in item 1(c) delete “$58.05 per day” and insert:

$58.80 per day

(b) in item 1(d) delete “$196.15 per day” and insert:

$196.90 per day
