Health Services Amendment (The

Agency for Clinical Innovation) Order

2009

Health Services Act 1997

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42 of the Health Services Act 1997, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
Sections 41 and 42 of the Health Services Act 1997 provide for the constitution of new statutory health corporations by the insertion of the name of the proposed corporation in Schedule 2 to that Act. A statutory health corporation is governed by either a chief executive or a board as specified in Schedule 2.
The object of this Order is to amend Schedule 2 to the Act to constitute the Agency for
Clinical Innovation as a statutory health corporation that is to be governed by a board.

This Order is made under section 42 of the Health Services Act 1997.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Health Services Amendment (The Agency for Clinical
Innovation) Order 2009.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 11 January 2010 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
