Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to provide that the Tresillian Family Care Centres at Broken Hill, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo, Queanbeyan and Taree are recognised services of the Royal Society for the Welfare of Mothers and Babies, an affiliated health organisation under the Health Services Act 1997.
This Order is made under section 62(2) of the Health Services Act 1997.

This Order is the Health Services Amendment (Royal Society for the Welfare of
Mothers and Babies) Order 2020.
2 Commencement
This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Health Services Act 1997 No 154
Schedule 3 Affiliated health organisations
Omit “Lismore, Penrith, Willoughby and Wollstonecraft” from Column 2 in the matter relating to the Royal Society for the Welfare of Mothers and Babies.
Insert instead “Broken Hill, Coffs Harbour, Dubbo, Lismore, Penrith, Queanbeyan,
Taree, Willoughby and Wollstonecraft”.
