s1 2 s5 Health Services Amendment (No. 6) No. 314, 2000 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Health Services Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Health Services Regulation 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 12 (Parts of department to which the Act, s 5(1) does not apply) 3.(1) Section 12, heading, ‘5(1)’— omit, insert— ‘24(1)’. (2) Section 12, ‘5(2)’— omit, insert — ‘24(2)’. ˙ Amendment of sch 4 (Parts of department to which section 5(1) of the Act does not apply) 4. Schedule 4, heading, ‘5(1)’— omit, insert — ‘24(1)’. ˙ Amendment of sch 5 (Agreements) 5. Schedule 5, item 1— omit, insert — ‘ 1. Public Health Outcome Funding Agreement 1999/00–2003/04 between the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Queensland made 1 February 2000.’.
