s1 2 s4 Health Services Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2001 No. 86, 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Services Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2001 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2001. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Health Services Regulation 1992. 4 Amendment of s 4 (Accommodation etc. charges) Section 4(1)(n)— omit, insert — ‘(n) ineligible person treated in an operating theatre— (i) whose treatment involves undergoing procedures that take longer than 1 hour carried out under general or regional anaesthetic or intravenous sedation— per treatment . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
