This regulation amends the Health Services Regulation 1992 . ˙ Insertion of new pt 6 3. After section 12— insert— ‘ PART 6—CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION ˙ ‘ Giving of information—Act, s 63(2)(g) ‘ 13. Agreement between the State of Queensland and the State of Western Australia for the funding of treatment of Western Australia’s residents in Queensland’s recognised hospitals and vice versa dated 10 April 1995. 5.
