s1 2 s4 Health Services Amendment (No. 3) No. 88, 2000 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Health Services Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Health Services Regulation 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) 3. Section 3— insert — ‘ “ineligible person” means a person who is not an eligible person.’. ˙˙ Amendment of s 4 (Accommodation etc. charges) 4.(1) Section 4(1)(a), ‘340.00’— omit, insert— ‘345.00’.
