s1 2 s6 Health Services Amendment (No. 2) No. 48, 2000 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Health Services Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Health Services Regulation 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) 3.(1) Section 3, definitions “eligible person”, “Medicare Agreement” and “special administrative arrangements”— omit. (2) Section 3— insert — ‘ “eligible person” means an eligible person for the purposes of the Australian Health Care Agreement.’. ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Accommodation etc. charges) 4. Section 4(1), ‘Medicare Agreement’— omit, insert — ‘Australian Health Care Agreement’. ˙ Omission of s 5 (Administrative and facility charges) 5. Section 5— omit. ˙ Amendment of sch 5 (Agreements) 6.(1) Schedule 5, items 1–5— omit.
