s1 2 s4 Health Services Amendment (No. 2) No. 238, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Health Services Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Health Services Regulation 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) 3. Section 3— insert— ‘ “WorkCover Queensland” has the meaning given by the WorkCoverQueensland Act 1996 .’. ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Accommodation etc. charges) 4.(1) Section 4(1)(a), ‘322.00’— omit, insert— ‘340.00’. (2) Section 4(1)(b) and (e)(iv), ‘202.00’— omit, insert— ‘213.00’. (3) Section 4(1)(c) and (e)(i), ‘146.00’— omit, insert— ‘154.00’. (4) Section 4(1)(d), (g), (h), (i) and (j), ‘449.00’— omit, insert— ‘611.00’.

(6) Section 4(1)(e)(iii), ‘182.00’— omit, insert— ‘191.00’. ˙ Amendment for “the Workers’ Compensation Board of Queensland” 5.(1) This section amends the following provisions— • section 4(1)(d), (g) and (i) • section 7 • section 8(2). (2) In the provisions mentioned in subsection (1), ‘the Workers’ Compensation Board of Queensland’— omit, insert — ‘WorkCover Queensland’. ENDNOTES 1.
