s1 2 s4 Health Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 No. 6, 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Health Services Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 8 (Pharmaceuticals) (1) Section 8(2), ‘$3.70’— omit, insert— ‘$3.80’. (2) Section 8(3), ‘$23.10’— omit, insert— ‘$23.70’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary) Schedule 3, definition “compensation or damages”, paragraph (a)(ii)— omit, insert— ‘(ii) the Juvenile Justice Act 1992 , section 235; 1 or’.
