s1 2 s4 Health Services Amendment (No. 1) No. 13, 2001 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Health Services Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Health Services Regulation 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) 3. Section 3, definition “third party patient”, paragraph (b)(i), ‘Criminal Code, chapter 65A;’— omit, insert— ‘ Criminal Offence Victims Act 1995 , Penalties and Sentences Act 1992 or Juvenile Justice Act 1992 ; 1 ’. ˙ Amendment of s 6 (Pharmaceutical charges) 4.(1) Section 6(2)(a), ‘3.30’— omit, insert— ‘3.50’. (2) Section 6(2)(b)(ii), ‘20.00’— omit, insert — ‘21.90’.
