This regulation amends the Health Services Regulation 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Definitions) 3. Section 3, definition “ancillary services” — omit. ˙ Amendment of s 6 (Pharmaceutical charges) 4.(1) Section 6(2), ‘from a hospital pharmacy’— omit. (2) Section 6(2)(a), ‘2.60’— omit, insert— ‘3.20’. (3) Section 6(2)(b), ‘16.00’— omit, insert— ‘20.00’. ˙ Amendment of s 6A (Prosthesis charges) 5. Section 6A, ‘privately insured pensioner’— omit, insert— ‘person’.
