MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42 and 43 of the Health Services Act 1997, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The objects of this Order are:
| (a) | to rename the “Justice and Forensic Mental Health Network” as the “Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network”, and |
| (b) | to make a consequential amendment to Schedule 2 to the Health Services Act 1997. |
This Order is made under the Health Services Act 1997, including sections 42 and 43.

1 Name of Order
This Order is the Health Services Amendment (Justice Health and
Forensic Mental Health Network) Order 2013.
2 Commencement
This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Renaming of statutory health corporation
The Justice and Forensic Mental Health Network is renamed the Justice
Health and Forensic Mental Health Network.
4 Amendment of Health Services Act 1997 No 154
Schedule 2 Statutory health corporations
Omit “Justice and Forensic Mental Health Network” from Column 1. Insert instead “Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network”.
