Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend Schedule 3 to the Health Services Act 1997 (which sets out the names of affiliated health organisations) to take account of the change of name of Hope Healthcare Ltd to Hammondcare Health and Hospitals Limited and the decommissioning of Graythwaite Nursing Home.

This Order is made under section 62 of the Health Services Act 1997.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Health Services Amendment (Hammondcare Health and Hospitals) Order 2010.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

(1) Schedule 3 Affiliated health organisations

Omit “Hope Healthcare Ltd” from Column 1.

Insert instead “Hammondcare Health and Hospitals Limited”.
