JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman AC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 43 of the Health Services Act 1997, make the following Order.

HealthQuest) Order 2009

Health Services Act 1997

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Health Services Amendment (Dissolution of
HealthQuest) Order 2009.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 1 July 2009.

3      Dissolution of HealthQuest

HealthQuest is dissolved.

4 Amendment of Health Services Act 1997 No 154

Schedule 2 to the Health Services Act 1997 is amended by omitting the matter relating to HealthQuest.
