Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to remove the reference to Carrington Centennial Care Ltd from Schedule 3 to the Health Services Act 1997 so that organisation ceases to be an affiliated health organisation for the purposes of that Act.
This Order is made under section 62 (2) of the Health Services Act 1997.
