Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to update a provision that recognises certain organisations as affiliated health organisations to reflect the change of name of Calvary Hospital, Kogarah to Calvary Health Care Sydney.

This Order is made under section 62 of the Health Services Act 1997.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Health Services Amendment (Calvary Health Care
Sydney) Order 2011.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Schedule 3 Affiliated health organisations

Omit “Calvary Hospital, Kogarah” from Column 2.
Insert instead “Calvary Health Care Sydney”.
